Summer Solstice Sound Bath and Yin Yoga
Friday June 20th 7:30-8:30p
Join us for an evening of relaxation to welcome the summer solstice by practicing yin yoga while immersed in a sound bath by Tori using her crystal singing bowls, chimes and rain drum. Tori was recently certified by Life Changing Energy and is excited to bring these healing skills to FloCal. Caitlin will assist in light massage and assisted stretching techniques to help you sink deeper into the yin postures and will apply essential oils if permitted. This class is $20 and is outside of any class plan or package. Unlimited members can message us for a discount code to save you $10. This class will be outside, weather permitting, or in the studio.
Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations and Mala Bead Necklace making
Join us for 108 Sun Salutations to honor the summer solstice.
Each participant will do their sun salutations at their own pace. You will have 2 hours of time to complete this. And no worries if you can't complete all 108, this is not a competition, just a way to challenge yourself in this new season!
There will be a bowl of 108 wooden mala beads on one side of your yoga mat and an empty bowl on the other side.
Once you complete a sun salutation you will move a bead from the full bowl to the empty bowl until all beads are transferred. At the end, you may keep the beads to make your own mala bead prayer necklace!

Outdoor Summer Walking Group
Free for our unlimited monthly members and unlimited summer 2025 package, or $5/meet up. We will be meeting at various locations this summer to walk/hike/bike to help us connect with ourselves, each other and nature!
