Join us in the month of February for 28 days of booty building exercises. We will incorporate moves from barre, pilates, yoga and strength training. You can do this in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace! No more than 5 minutes a day. $28 ($1/day) for nonmembers, FREE for our monthly unlimited members.
