Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations

Service Description

Join us for 108 Sun Salutations to honor the summer solstice. Each participant will do their sun salutations at their own pace. You will have 2 hours of time to complete this. And no worries if you can't complete all 108, this is not a competition, just a way to challenge yourself in this new season! There will be a bowl of 108 wooden mala beads on one side of your yoga mat and an empty bowl on the other side. Once you complete a sun salutation you will move a bead from the full bowl to the empty bowl until all beads are transferred. At the end, you may keep the beads to make your own mala bead prayer necklace! Sign up now under "Summer Solstice 108."
